About the role

Based in our Edinburgh office, this role will focus on our markets to the west and north of Edinburgh, with the opportunity to be involved in sales across the wider rural market.
As a property Sales Negotiator, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process from beginning to end. This will involve the effective marketing of properties, expertly liaising between buyers and sellers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth sale.

Using our sales database, you’ll accurately capture customer data and utilise reports to drive personal sales performance.
You’ll ensure compliance with industry regulations and Rettie brand standards (full training will be provided).

As well as being customer-focused, you'll demonstrate strong skills in collaboration, communication, problem-solving, planning & organising, and negotiation. Bringing a positive mindset to everything you do, you'll strive to go above and beyond and be self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.

Overseeing and managing general office operations.
