As leading property experts, Rettie are proud to announce the launch of a subsidiary company, specialising in photography and videography, SkyReel Media.
SkyReel Media specialise in high-quality visual content designed to showcase our clients’ properties in their best light. We are seeking a talented Office Administrator whose work will play a pivotal role in supporting our Studio Manager and team of content creators.
About you
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with proven experience in managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative functions and supporting organisational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks, has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Preferably, we would like to meet those who have experience with office management systems, diary management and invoicing systems.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following:
Overseeing and managing general office operations.
Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence and documentation.
Maintain accurate database entry.
Coordinate photography appointments with both internal and freelance photographers.
Responsible for invoicing and general office expenses.
Identify opportunities to improve the administrative system and process where applicable.
Key requirements
Essential
Minimum of 12 months’ work experience in an administrative role.
Proficient in the use of photography and video software
Fully IT literate & proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
