About the role
You will work within the New Homes department, negotiating and achieving sales on behalf of a range of New Homes clients. You’ll build rapport with buyers, qualifying their needs, and matching these to available properties in the Rettie portfolio.
There may be occasions where some on-site agency work is required, including occasional weekend work to accommodate site launches and events.

Key responsibilities
Responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of existing New Homes developments
Building detailed knowledge of buyer’s individual needs and matching these to available properties
Following up on all enquiries and actively progressing sales from reservation to completion
Maximising the conversion rate of visitors to reservations
Negotiating effectively, using developer incentives where applicable
Completing all administration on time and accurately
Actively cross-sell Rettie services, including estate agency, lettings, and financial services
Key requirements
Essential
Experience in a fast-paced sales role, preferably, but not exclusively property
Ability to demonstrate proven track record of sales vs targets
Thrive in a competitive selling environment
Have excellent negotiation skills
Competent user of IT systems – Word, Excel and databases
