About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our busy and thriving Glasgow West End branch.   
  
As a property Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process from beginning to end, ensuring you go above and beyond on behalf of your clients. This will involve effectively marketing properties, expertly liaising between buyers and sellers, meeting regulatory compliance requirements and Rettie brand standards, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth sale.   
 
In this role, you'll be expected to share your knowledge and expertise by guiding and coaching others where required, and provide cover for the Branch Manager in her absence.
About you
To achieve this, you’ll have a proven track record of being a highly skilled sales negotiator, handling more complex negotiations with confidence.  You‘ll be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and be adept at anticipating customer needs based on your industry experience and in-depth market knowledge.

As well as being a skilled negotiator, you'll demonstrate key strengths in customer focus, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and planning & organising. Bringing a positive mindset to everything you do; you'll strive to go above and beyond and be self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
Key requirements
Essential
  • Experience gained within a similar role in the property sector
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional standards of customer service
  • Strong knowledge of the residential sales processes within the Scottish market
  • Good local market knowledge
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets and KPIs
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Teams, OutlookWord and Excel
  • Driving licence
Desirable
  • Prior experience of Reapit or a comparable database product
